      Refunds & Exchanges Policy

      1. All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatched. However, if there is a problem with your product, kindly get in touch with us with in 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
      2. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached. 
      3. We would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account. 
      4. If you have ordered the wrong item, please we will request you to post the parcel at your cost.
      5. If item is agreed to be sent back, kindly send the parcel back within 48 hours using tracked service. Please return the item unworn, in original packing with tags.
      6. If a faulty item has been received, please respond within 24 hours so we can agree a resolution.

      Faulty Item? 

      1. We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible. 
      2. Please email admin@ooohmy.co.uk with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours to agree a resolution.
