Refunds & Exchanges Policy
- All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatched. However, if there is a problem with your product, kindly get in touch with us with in 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
- We would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
- If you have ordered the wrong item, please we will request you to post the parcel at your cost.
- If item is agreed to be sent back, kindly send the parcel back within 48 hours using tracked service. Please return the item unworn, in original packing with tags.
- If a faulty item has been received, please respond within 24 hours so we can agree a resolution.
- We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours to agree a resolution.
