1. Postage & Shipping
Please ensure you provide the correct address for postage as incorrect address will go missing and unfortunatly we will not be held responsible.
If you need the parcel to be left in the porch or with a neighbour etc. these instructions should be given to your local post office or your postman/woman we are unable to leave a note on the parcel.
Please note, we do not offer collection service its delivery only.
1.1. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and use only tracked service.
1.2. International Delivery Time
Free delivery on orders above £100. Allow up to 15 days for delivery, this does vary from country to country.
1.3. UK & Mainland Postage
We use Royal Mail Second Class. If you require “Next Day Delivery” this can be arranged at an additional cost by contacting us firstname.lastname@example.org or on Instagram, see link below.
1.4. Missing Parcels
In the case of missing parcel, we can provide proof of postage which will allow the buyer to claim the costs from Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail does not recognise a parcel missing for up to 15 days after the due date.
1.5. Tracking numbers
Tracking Numbers are provided upon request, this can take 5 working days after your order has been dispatched.
1.6. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are free for UK and £15 for overseas for as many items.
1.7. UK Delivery Time
We aim for your Parcel to be with you within 3 to 7 working days (Excluding Bank Holidays and other holidays, expect delays)
2. Images & Products
2.1. Please note Colours may slightly vary due to the nature of photography, if in doubt please get in touch at email@example.com to clarify.
2.2. Each item varies in size & style, you should refer to measurements of the product before placing the order. Please ensure you order the correct sizes as disputes may not be upheld.
3. Refunds & Exchanges Policy
3.1. We have a strict No Refunds and No Returns policy.
3.2. All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatched.
3.3. You have 24 hours to get in touch if there is an issue with your item.
3.4. If you wish to return the item, you will be liable for postage cost.
3.5. If item is agreed to be sent back it must be sent back within 48 hours using tracked service. Please return the item unworn, in original packing with tags.
3.6. If a faulty item has been discussed, you have 24 hours to respond to agree a resolution
