      Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

      When your successful order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address given when the order was placed. We recommend you create a account to keep a history of orders to refer to.

       

      Can my order be Changed?

      Once your order has been placed unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to the item / sizes on the order. Please email us on customerservice@ooOhmy.co.uk and if the parcel has not been posted we should be able to help resolve this query.
